Delivered to site by IceCool personnel the fridge trailer can be operated from a 13 amp standard socket, a 16 amp 'C' form socket or even from a portable generator. This makes the trailer the ideal choice for the Hospitality Industry, Hospitals and Commercial Premises looking for reliable and economic refrigerated storage.

Power Requirements

All of our units run on Single Phase Power. We just require a 13amp, or 16amp 240v mains socket (not an extension lead) within 20m of where will locate the Trailer or Cold Room.

The shorter the distance between the socket and the unit the better, but we will provide all necessary power leads and adapters.

Generators – We do not supply generators but our Units can be run from them. They must be at least 6Kva (to run one unit), and ideally Diesel with a large fuel tank to avoid constant fuel top ups.
